We have already seen that website advertising and offering an online option for candidates has tripled the number of applicants. We have also have a talent pool of 800 clients who have opted for our job matching service. We recommend that you track your vacancy - you can access this facility through a password login (the same one used for placing the advert on-line) to view candidates put forward by us. You may also add applications you receive from other sources.
It is also advisable to set a timetable of action points up to, and beyond, the date of closure, e.g. setting shortlisting and interviewing dates.
