The Early Years and Childcare Recruitment Team offers a free service dedicated to improving the quality of childcare in Essex. We do this in two ways; firstly we offer a free advertising & screening process for employers, and secondly we work with jobseekers to find them the right job and training opportunities. In the last year the team has advertised over 500 vacancies for Essex Childcare providers and processed over 5000 applications.
Advertising a vacancy could not be easier. To the left of the screen just click on “Online employer vacancy form”, scroll down and fill in your settings contact details. You will be e-mailed a password and username, which you can use to log in. Then, simply add a job using our online form.
Don’t worry if writing job descriptions is not your forte, we have added some templates you can select or adapt to suit your needs. We have tried to make the system as user friendly as possible, but should you need them please click here for full instructions.
