Childcare is far more diverse than is perceived and not just for under 5's. Some of the most significant growth areas of employment in the sector have been as a result of the development of Children's Centre's and Out of School clubs, some linked to Schools and on School sites, with many others working in partnership with Schools fulfilling demand in the local community.

Most opportunities for recruitment is however still predominantly in Nursery's and Pre-Schools. We also have a strong  presence of Childminders in Essex fulfilling the choice of Childcare available for parents and carers.
